how do i change the front right hand wheel bearing?

Removal & Installation

1. Apply parking brake. Loosen axle nut and lug nuts. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel assembly. Release parking brake. See Fig. 3. Pull parking brake cable outer clip from caliper. Remove parking brake cable end from caliper lever.

2. Remove caliper assembly and wire aside. Remove bolts connecting knuckle to strut. Disconnect tie rod from knuckle. Pull strut from knuckle. DO NOT spread housing slit more than .16" (4 mm).

3. Remove castle nut, spring washer and center piece on axle shaft. Remove hub and disc assembly. Remove disc cover. Use Puller (926470000) to pull knuckle from axle shaft. Disconnect ball joint from knuckle and remove knuckle.

4. Press bearing out of hub and replace.

To install, reverse removal procedure.
