Hello 1991 Plymouth acclaim 4 cylinder have a worn cable that shifts my gears to a new transmission and I was told he may be hard to get one, if I can get one are they hard to put in myself and where to get one? Thanks

Look in one of the pick-your-own parts salvage yards. Those are a very low-failure item so any you find are likely to be okay. You'll need a pry bar to pop the end out of the lever on the transmission. By removing the one in the salvage yard you'll see what tools are needed and how to do it.
