Overheats on the highway but not at idle seed?

It over heats on the highway but not at idle seed or low speeds and I replaced the thermostat and water pump and it still over heats

Check the radiator for cold spots if you feel ay or see any gree and loose fins around edges or bottom it's shot.

I agree with HMAC300, I would replace the radiator it must be externally or internally clogged here is a guide to help as well.
