I recently attempted to change the water pump for my 91 98 oldsmobile regency elite but never did because i couldnt get all the bolts loose. I put the pump back on and tried to crank my car but it doesnt turn over now. ALSO, the car has a very rough idle and gets worse whenever i put the car in gear. The car has new platinum spark plugs, new coil pack, new spark plug wires, new pcv valve, fuel filter, and fuel pump. It also had a funky smell after the catalatic converter was replaced.
