How easy to replace a 1991 cutlass ceira window motor, I am a novice. Where can I find printed instructions? Will any oem, factory or after market do, I have seen them range from 47-27?

They are not too bad, but require some time. The OEM motor is rivited in place which requires you to drill them out and replace them with bolts / nuts. I recommend you get a repair manual with step by step instructions and pictures to help identify parts. They offer Mitchel via this website. I believe it is cheaper to get than a manual. You may want to check it out.
