ECM replacement

The car has had numerous parts replaced with the same problem existing the ECM does not give any faulty codes want to knw how to repalce? Is a computer synchronization required? Is a fuse required?

It should be just a replacement item, no programming. You may however, have to transfer the prom chip. If there is an access door, that is held on with screws, there is a prom behind it. It stores information specific to your vehicle.
