Had a tune-up & oil change a couple of days ago and now when i step on the gasthe car runs rough and the car****** and backfires

1991 OLDSMOBILE CUTLASS CIERA JUST HAD TUNEUP & NOW IT'S BACKFIRING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?PLEASE HELP !

TAKE IT BACK TO WHOEVER DID THE WORK AND GET THEM TO CHECK IF THEY HAVE PUT THE IGNITION LEADS BACK ON THE CORRECT WAY.
