battery issues

my cars battery died last night but restarted with a jump. It started ok the few times i drove it, but when i went to pick my friend up from work it died again and only restarted with another jump. I tried a battery charger but it didnt help.

Go to an AutoZone have battery load tested and ALT checked. Suspect battery at fault
