1991 oldsmobile regency elite will not start the battery is brand new, the alternator is fully functioning when the car is started but the car will not fire. Can you tell me what I can do to get it started?

If you are not getting any spark you can go to the repair site under DIY here and look up ignitions and it will take a step by step instruction on how to check it out. Also check your fuel pressure to make sure you have pressure.
