not getting heat to defroster

1991 Pathfinder. No heat to defroster or floor vents. There is heat to dash vents. What could it be?? Heater works fine, but ONLY blows hot air out of dash vents... I can't get it to blow hot air (or any air) out of the defroster, or floor vents...... Fan works fine...

I believe the vent door actuators on this vehicle is actuated by engine vacuum. Check for vacuum leaks both under the dash and the hood. Keep in mind, if the engine is running, you may hear a hissing noise coming from the leak.
