Basically what's happening is when I attempt to accelerate the engine loses power. At first it stutters and feels like it's not getting enough fuel then If I press down on the pedal the engine loses power but doesn't die. And it starts sputtering.
I can't get it above 40mph. If I press lightly on the pedal I can get it up to speed very slowly but it caps off at around 50mph. Going uphill I am unable to maintain my speed.
I currently have a new TP sensor on the way. But I'm looking for alternate ideas. Below is a list of info about things I've already done. And what's been happening.

200k miles. Already Replaced Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, Spark Plugs, Distributor cap/wires. Fuel Pressure Regulator, o2 sensor, and had injectors cleaned professionally. After replacing the Fuel Pump it worked fine for about a day then started doing the same things again. There is no check engine light.

Have you rechecked the fuel pump pressure to make sure it is within the manufacturer's specs? Have you checked to make sure the catalytic converter isn't plugging?

Try spraying carb. Cleaner in the throttle body. Does it start?Look fort a port in the fuel line. It's ussaly in the top of the motor near the throttle body. Does it start?
Rent a fuel pressure gauge at the parts store. Remove the cap on the fuel line and hook up the
gauge. Turn the key on and get the reading. Start here
