2005 Nissan Pathfinder Water Leak

I just purchased a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. While stationed in my driveway, with the heat on, I noticed water seeping into the car front passenger side under the floormat. There was a water stain outside under the car as well. Is this related to the heating system?
