what would make a 1991nissan maxima run rough and stall after new plugs,wires,distrubter cap,rotor,and fuel filter was replaced

Were the spark plugs gapped correctly, and tightened all the way? The spark plug wires all the way on and in the correct routing?

Also double check that all wiring was plugged back in and no vacuum hoses/lines were damaged.
