What would cause the car to run at low ideal in gear n to have no power?

Car drops to 300 rpm when in gear. It is hard to start and has no power.

Poor idling is usually cause by dirty throttle body and IAC, get them cleaned and retest.

Difficult starting and lack of power is another poblem and there might be troble codes stored in the PCM. Try updatingthe softwarn to see f it really is good.
