1991 Mazda B2200 Ve Just Had Lines Replaced Now Push Lightly On Brakes Pedel

I've just had the lines replaced but now if I push lightly on the brakes, the pedel slowly goes to the floor. If I push hard they dont go to the floor, and I'm not losing any brake fluid. What is causing this?

bad seals inside the master cylinder. replace the master cylinder
