Heater barely works

My car's heater and air conditioning barely work. Hot and cold air comes out, but with a very weak flow

Does the blower motor sound like it is working properly?

I can't hear it at all. Either its stuck on the lowest setting or doesn't come on. I was hoping it could be something besides a broken blower.

It could be a resister, relay. What I need you to do is check to see if there is power to the motor. If there is, the motor is bad. If there is no power, then we need to check the blower motor resister and the relay.

Check that and let me know what you find.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
