Well I didn't know
the car was out of oil and when I would come to stop it sounds like the idling is bad it's just a jump up and down here the engine coming down then it was The third day that the check engine light came on I stop and check the oil it was bone dry which means I means I drive it like that for awhile. Gave it s lot of oil. Thank God I didn't kill it completely. Now it's s little worse. It firs fur st stop lights. On the freeway is fine.

Can you explain what it is doing at stops? I'm not sure I understand.

Yes I can. As soon as I start to slow down to come to a stop the check engine light goes on and then when I'm stopped I have to have one foot on the brake and I'll put on the gas pedal to keep going its just a really is up and down
Kind of like lawn mower right when you start it. Twice it had just died at a light. The check engine light comes on soon as I start to slow down. Vs soon as I go again the light goes off

Okay, chances are you either have a vacuum leak or the idle air control valve (IAC) is bad. The IAC is responsible for maintaining the engine idle. However, before you start checking things, I need you to take the vehicle to have the computer scanned for trouble codes. If the check engine light is coming on, there should be codes stored. Most parts stores will do it for free, so have that done and let me know what you find.

I'm not sure what they were relying to. The fuel filter (on all models except the Millenia), is attached to a bracket located in the left rear of the engine compartment, next to or beneath the brake master cylinder fluid reservoir. Look at the picture I attached. You can see it below the power brake booster.

As far as fuel filter replacement line, I'm not sure what they mean other than the fuel line itself.
