How do I remove the left front fender and the cross bar infront of the radiator?

I got into an accident and the cross bar may be bent and the fender/quarter panel got jammed under the driver side door so I cannot open the door.

I think you are refering to the radiator support. It is welded on the top and bolted to the frame on the bottom, so it isn't really removeable unless it really has to be. As far as the fender, under the hood are bolts, between the door and fender are bolts, behind the headlight assembly there are bolts, and under the fender behind the tire there are bolts. They all need removed as well as the inner fender attachment bolts to remove the fender.
