i drove my jeep into the garage and shut it off and it wont start. it has spark and 31 pounds of fuel pressure the injectors are working i replaced the plugs and coil and it still wont start please help

31 psi min imun with vacuum and 39psi with out. your pressure may be low.1 pt in 30 seconds
