Engine knocking on a 1991 Izuki pickup Truck I think it might be a rod bearing is there a way I can check the rod bearing while the engine is running, is there something in a bottle I can use to stop the knocking sound. One time the throttle stuck wide open and about a quart of oil came out some where under the truck but I don't no where.

Pull aprk plug wires one at a time if the kocking stops you found the cylinder. No there is no magic cure in a bottle. It will need crank reground, new bearings and possible rod if damaged to far

I pull all spark plug wires one at a time and the engine is still knocking what else can cause the knocking, and it is also running rough the two spark plug wires from the front when I pull them off the engine don't change but the second one from the back when I pull the spark plug wire the engine cut off the oil light go right out when start the engine, sometime the oil light blink on and off when coming to a stop but go out when press on gas.

As I can't hear the knock it is very hard for me to diagnose. It cold be a cam or main bearing my advice is to take it to a local pro for them to try to give you a better diagnosis.
