dead pickup

Hi I have a 91 toyota isuzu. I put a new battery and now I have no power at all. All the fuses were checked as well as all the battery cable and they were all good. I have no idea whats wrong. what do i check next? Please help, Thank you

Have you checked battery cables? Ground to engine block?
