1991 Isuzu Elf Unable Remove Rear Drums Having Removed Wheels There Anything

I am unable to remove the rear drums having removed the wheels.Is there anything else stopping the drums from being taped off....eg. do the wheel studs need to be removed? Thanks

Is the drum loose?
Is this a single or double rear axle?
