Oh yeah, I just replaced my water pump now my car is idling real low and does nothing when I push on my gas peddle.

Check and test the idle air control and throttle position sensor-

my car was running fine untill i replaced the pump could my iac or tps go bad that fast

Recheck the timing belt installation. Most probably it was not installed correctly when replacing the water pump.
