I recently replaced my battery and started my vehicle. I shut it off to see if it would start over and blew the ignition fuse. I replaced the fuse but continued to blow the 50A fuse. Does anyone know why?

Was it blowing the ignition fuse before you changed the battery? Fuse or fusible link that's blowing is an indication of a short circuit that the fuse powers-
