Break the bleeder loose on the caliper, then compress the piston slowly. If it is hard to compress, it sounds like you have a caliper problem, and is recommended to replace them in pairs. If it compresses easily, it sounds like you have a brake hose problem, which also should be replaced in pairs. Either of these problems will cause the rotor to warp, because the pressure is never fully released from the pads.
