help please, when I go over a speed bump or any bump my left tire makes a thump noise only when I go over bumps or etc.?

Can't see or hear it over a computer. It's time for an inspection at a tire and alignment shop. They will check the struts, ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends, anti-sway bar links and bushings, and control arm bushings. Even a front brake pad could be loose and rattling. That is not serious and will stop making noise if you hold light pressure on the brake pedal.
