1991 Honda Civic making change intake hose

ok so i upgraded the intake, but the old intake had a short hose connecting to engine but the intake doesnt have the tip that the other one had...can i put the small filter there,,? and also i got a pic of this cable thats unplug but cant find where it goes, it was like that when i got it...pic below. thank u ...

We only recommend and work on direct fit parts. As far as the cable, the pic didn't come through.

ok..after checking new tube it has where connect the hose thank u, k here is the pic of the cable that's lose but can't find where it goes...please help thank u

Is there something at the end of the wiring or is that a plug?

yes a plug, pos and neg...cant find where it goes..about a foot long...thank u any idea please
