air doesn't blower very hard

i have a 1991 honda civic dx and the air doesn't blower very hard on the outer vents in the front. just wondering if i need to replace the blower motor, the air just does blow in the outer vents any more and the air ducks are fine no cracks or anything

Check the mode door linkages connections and adjustments. Just the air intake for obstruction such as a plastic bag.
