1991 Honda Civic Believe That Removed Center Wheel Cap Car Understanding Only

I believe that some removed the center wheel cap from my car.My understanding is the only way to remove is to pry off with a flat end screwdriver, which I did not authorize. My concern is will present a safety concern while driving. The four lug nuts appear to be secure.
