My 91accord starts fine, but after about 30 seconds. It idle up and down as if I was hitting the gas and letting go

Check the coolant level in radiator.
Check for clogged coolant hoses to Idle Air Control valve and Fast Idle Thermal Valve.
Ensure idling speed is adjusted correctly.
Ensure there are no vacuum leakages.
