Fuse problem ?

I have a 5-speed Honda. It doesn't want to start right away. the gauge cluster, seat belt, turn signals, and window wont work. can you tell me how to fix it ?

Check all the fuses first.

If the dash indicators intermittently do not come on when ignition is turned on, the ignition switch is bad resulting in the problems described.
