All of a sudden one day shut off

92 Honda accord all of a sudden one day shut off while at the light won't start changed main relay, fuel pump, distributor, cap, rotor, plugs n wires, coil and it gets spark but still won't turn over.

What do I do next to get it started

Check if its getting the correct fuel pressure, has an injector/s pulses and also for an ignition spark
