keeps building pressure in the cooling system

I have Honda accord 1991, 195,000 miles,it keeps building pressure in the cooling system even with new radiator and new water pump. -what could be the After for about 3 miles the cooling system builds pressure busting a pipe, when you replace it it bust a different one.

Check the thermostat if okay bleed the system, don't work have it block and pressure tested, It sounds like you have a blown head gasket.
