Car is Reving High when hot and flatening new battery

We have replaced alternator and is still Reving High when hot and flatening the new battery causing . When car is then turned off and restarted it wont turn over.

Did you test the charging of the alternator? Not all replacement parts works correctly. If there is a break in continuity between alternator main wire and battery, the altternator would be providing charge but it is not getting to the battery.
