reapeat heater fuse blowing

today i stared my truck and turned on the defroster and no fan turned on it was like a fuse was blown so i check it i was right it was a fuse so i replace it. I got my heater back. i went to the store when i came back out i started the car turned the heater back nothing but a blown fuse.

heater may be drawing too many amps or plugs have short/melted.
