will the engine and brain from a 93 chevy si0 blazer change out with one in a 91 gmc sanoma?

Don't know which motor you have now. But if it's the same exact motor, including induction/ignition system, then it'll swap out. But you have to make sure the sensors are also the same as sometimes things change year to year.
If everything is the same, you won't need the computer.
