Why not ask at tire shop since they are experts?

I live a long ways from town fixitmr and am not always in good health to go to town and ask a tire store sorry to have been such a bother to you

There is a conflict in the numbers you are posting. A 30" tire would be a 9:50. An 11:50 would be in the 32 to 33 range.
