I broke the power steering pump pulley trying to remove it from the pump with ,the pulley remover
now it won't come off. The power steering pump was leaking fluid so I tried to remove it. and the pulley chipped. So now the tool can grip it properly to pull it off.
I would greatly appreciate and help you can give me in removing the pulley.

as the pulley is broken anyhow try using a rubber wheel to cut the area where tool mounts it should slide right off then. you can always use a air chisel but be careful not to damage the shaft.
