what would cause a geo storm to work fine when its cold, but once it warms up, it wants to stall at stop lights, have to wait awhile for it to start, and either you can turn it over and it tries, or there is nothing but the car has power, and you have to rev it to get it to move once its warmed up.

Please help. This is our only car.

Thanks, Katie

Hi Katie,

When engine stalled and could not be started, you need to check what is missing, fuel or ignition sparks related.

If it is fuel, it could be the control circuits or a failing fuel pump.

If it is ignition sparks, the ignition coil or control module could be the cause.

Our top trouble-shooting guide in main page has a comprehensive procedures on what to look out for when you can crank but could not be started.
