engine hangs up before rpm drop

Was woundering when just tapping acclerator and looking at tach engine kind a hang before rpm drop i dont think thats normanl what can i checkive replaced tps and idle control valve

If the rpm hangs slightly above 1k, that should be normal. Engine computer does this to prevent rpm dropping too fast and cause stalling.
