you dont know what difficult is till you've changed a tempo waterpump.just kidding.there is worse. if you plan on keeping the car dont buy a cheap 1.

the easiest way is to not remove pump housing but just remove cover with rotor/shaft in it. of course this means not breaking any of the small cover bolts. they tend to freeze up with corrosion.

you have to either remove intake manifold or loose motor mount on pass side and raise motor as far as you can to get access to pump. you want to also check the whole belt system and belt for the pump while your at it. there is a manual belt tensioner pulley under backside of motor.
