1991 Ford Taurus After Driving About 15 20 Minutes Car Starts Struggle Shift

After driving for about 15 to 20 minutes my car starts to struggle to shift then shifts hard. My transmission fluid level was fine. Any ideas why is shifts rough?

could be valve body or seals. a trans shop will have to check it and make recommendations to you.
