My truck races the engine up to 2000 rpm and will not idle down. when driving and in 4th gear, 5 speed manual overdrive 4x4 it runs down the road fine. upon slowing down it still revs up.It starts very easily. 5.0 liter motor EEC. Recently changed plugs,distributor cap and rotor.
