What can I do for a squeaky pully on a 1991 ford f-150?

Replace it!

If it happens to be the tensioner, make sure it is "Tracking True" (with the belt) This might be the squeak. Then you would have to replace the entire tensioner assembly

A popular auto parts store might "Diagnose" this for you, if you are in doubt. For Free!
