my power door locks on both doors only work manually (by pushing down the lock or by key), although it does not work automatically by the switch in the cabin. the power windows work fine which is on the same switch. what is it?

That's what you pay mechanics for to diagnose.

So you're saying the power locks are dead. That has nothing to do with the power windows. Common causes are a blown fuse / defective plug-in circuit breaker, and broken wires between the door hinges.
