where on the transmission I should put the jack?

I'm trying to get the bar outta the way but I don't know where on the transmission I should put the jack under to support the transmission from fallingTheres a bar right under the trasmission pan thats blocking me from getting to the pan to change the filter

also everytime i start my car it shakes and makes a raddleing sound and to take off it gos real slow and dosnt wanna shift to next gear
