Its not hard

The fuel filter is located in the engine compartment, mounted on the left hand fender apron next to the shock tower.





REMOVAL:

Relieve the fuel system pressure, refer to MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELIEF.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Position a suitable container below the fuel filter to collect any excess fuel that may leak from the filter or lines.
Remove the retaining clip from the filter upper hose.
Disconnect the upper hose from the filter and drain any excess fuel into the container. Plug the hose.
Loosen the fuel filter mounting clamp.
Raise the vehicle.
Remove the retaining clip from the lower filter hose.
Disconnect the lower hose from the fuel filter and drain any excess fuel into the container. Plug the hose.
Lower the vehicle.
Remove the fuel filter.

It is an half an hour job so should not be classified as difficult.
