1991 Ford E-Series Van E250 Water Pump replacement

I am replacing the water pump on a 1991 E250 econoline van
I cannot figure out how to remove the power steering / A/c mounting bracket that is blocking the corner of the water pump. I have removed every single nut or bolt I can see and it still won't budge at all. I am mechanically inclined but for the life of me can't figure out this problem.

Any advice would be so appreciated.

we dont' have any pics other than the one I just found. recheck your work you have to have a bolt hanging up someplace. it may not even go to pump but go to block to remove the part. or another bracket. I n this pic you can see most of the bolts that hold the pump an dbracketry on.
