driving on highway car will cut out and hesitate

1991 dodge spirit - For a mile or two then it runs fine. It does it often. driving on highway car will cut out and hesitate for a mile or two then it runs fine. It does it often. I have changed plugs, wires, fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor and it still does it. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Have the fuel pressure checked, fuel pump could be failing. go here for testing.
