1991 Dodge Dakota spark plugs

Will small engine spark plugs work in my truck without harming the engine cause regular car spark plugs make it have a miss and with the small engine the miss is gone I was just wondering if it will harm the engine in the long run

There is only one spark plug designed for that engine and ONLY that spark plug should be used.

Yes, I agree with WRENCHTECH you should only use factory recommended spark plugs, here is a guide on misfires which can help you fix it
